Customers can receive a refund of their beef and/or pork deposit if they have moved from the area and can no longer receive their order. Customers can receive a refund with one month notice prior to the harvest date of their order. Customers that order through our online store can receive a refund prior to receiving their order.
All products are delivered to the customers preferred pick up location on the date determined by appointment and/or set by the online store schedule. Delivery and Pickup locations include Colvin Ranch, The Home Depot – Tumwater, and Proctor Farmers Market – Tacoma.
Products can NOT be returned after delivery to the customer.
Customers can cancel their beef and/or pork reservation if they have moved from the area and can no longer receive their order. Customers can cancel their reservation with one month notice prior to the harvest date of their order. Customers that order through our online store can cancel their order before their order has been packed. Customers will receive an email as soon as their order has been packed. At that time the customer can no longer cancel but can go through the processes of being refunded. Refer to our refund policy.
