Our Beef by the Box options are popular with customers and available year round. Boxes vary in cuts and weight, but generally, all boxes will have ground beef, roasts, stew meat, and a variety of steaks. The cost is based on actual weight and price of each cut in the box. See below for the boxes we currently have on hand.

Box 485 – 10 ground beef, 2 each of T-bone and top sirloin steaks, 4 New York steaks, 1 chuck roast; 18.1 lbs; $180
Box 486 – 6 ground beef, 2 each of stew meat, rib steak, tenderloin, top sirloin, sirloin tip and short ribs, 1 chuck roast; 19.8 lbs; $200
Box 487 – 5 ground beef, 4 rib steaks, 6 New York, 6 top sirloin, 3 tri-tip steaks, 1 flat iron, and 2 short ribs; 19.3 lbs; $240
If you would like additional items not listed in the box of your choice you can add them to your box (based on availability). Add-on items are listed at the bottom of the page.
Pick up available at Colvin Ranch (Monday – Friday, 11am-4pm), Proctor Farmers Market (Saturdays, 9am-12pm), or Olympia Farmers Market (by appointment).
